Hoe werkt het Zomerevenement?
Zodra je aankomt, word je opgewacht door de plaatselijke gouverneur van Forge-eiland. Hij zal je toegang geven tot het rad van fortuin. Niet alleen dat, maar hij zal je ook missies geven om Dubloenen te verdienen, die nodig zijn om het rad een draai te geven! Hij zal niet je enige metgezel zijn, want Jane zal opnieuw kennis met je maken. Zij is vastbesloten om zeer zeker schatten te vinden, ze heeft de capaciteit om dat te doen. Zij zal je ook helpen om Dubloenen te verdienen en zo dichter bij de schat te komen die je zoekt!
Er zijn geweldige prijzen te winnen en als je geen kans hebt gehad om deel te nemen aan onze vorige evenementen, heb je nu de kans om met je buren te concurreren om enkele van die oude evenementitems maar ook gloednieuwe Zomeritems te winnen. Om aan boord te gaan van het Rad van Fortuin, klik je op de balk in de linkerbovenhoek van je scherm:
Bij het openen van het evenementvenster zie je het wiel, evenals de knoppen om te "draaien" of "vernieuwen & draaien". Klik op "draai" om te proberen de prijzen te winnen die op dat moment op het wiel staan, of op "vernieuwen & draaien" om het wiel te wissen voor een nieuwe set prijzen! Maak je geen zorgen, als je het wiel vernieuwt, verdien je nog steeds een prijs nadat het nieuwe wiel is onthuld. Vergeet niet dat je buurt het wiel deelt - als je het vernieuwt, wordt het vernieuwd voor iedereen (een extra vernieuwing zal plaatsvinden tijdens het samenvoegen van een buurt). Dit betekent ook dat wanneer je een prijs pakt, deze voor iedereen weg is! De meest recente winsten worden onderaan het venster getoond, zodat je in de gaten kunt houden wie welke prijs wint.
In order to spin the wheel, you first need to earn Doubloons which can be earned by completing Summer quests or finding them in regular incidents around, or in the outskirts of your city as well as a daily log-in bonus. You can also use Diamonds if you just can't resist waiting for the next spin! One spin costs one Doubloon, and results in one prize. Alternatively, you can "refresh and spin" to call up a whole new set of prizes for your neighborhood. No matter what you choose, you will always win a prize!
The prizes displayed in the wheel are available for every player in your neighborhood to claim. The prizes are random but, don't worry, every wheel has something special that can be won.
There are different rewards within the Wheel of Fortune. Common rewards (green) can be obtained up to four times, and uncommon (silver) can be won twice (the amount remaining is indicated by the bars in the circle surrounding it). Once the bars are depleted, that prize can no longer be won, and to find it again, you may need to refresh the wheel.
With the last type of prizes, they are the rare prizes, which are surrounded by a golden circle, and can only be won once! Among these special prizes are the event buildings from the previous events, including the Governor's Villa, and the Crow's Nest!
Of course, if you run out of all prizes, then the Wheel of Fortune will automatically refresh!
In order to snag yourself the grand prize, you must set sail on a fantastic voyage! But how do you navigate the perilous seas, you ask? After every spin of the wheel, you will receive a compass! Use this compass to make your way across the map. Using a compass will randomly move your ship 1-3 spots on the map. Once you reach the edge of the map, X marks the spot, and you will be presented with the grand prize reward! The map will then be reset and you will be able to start once more on an epic new voyage.
Summer Event Questline
To spin the wheel you need Doubloons, which both the Governor, as well as the local pirate Jane will be happy to provide you with... in exchange for completing tasks, of course.
You can go through the first 34 quests immediately. Once you've completed them, you will receive one additional quest per day, for the remainder of the event (21 daily quests). You will probably have a few of them stacked when you get to them, as they start stacking up on day one. Each completed quest contributes to the counter at the bottom of the quest window, and you will unlock new prizes at 5, 20, 34, 45 & 55 quests!
Summer Event Rewards
In addition to some older event items, we of course also have a brand new reward: The Pirate's Hideout (an upgradable building with 9 levels) as well as some special new summer avatars.
Pirate's Hideout
This year's main prize is the "Pirate's Hideout", an upgradable 5x6 building with 9 levels! At level 1, it will have base happiness, population, and coins boost.
From level 2, you will receive medals and supplies, and at level 3, a chance to also collect Goods! At level 4, there is a chance to receive one of the following - Medals, Supplies, Goods, or Forge Points!
Finally, from level 7 onwards, you will also receive an attacking bonus for your attacking armies. Each one of these boosts will increase in value, as you level-up!

Pirate's Reefs
That is not all! There are also chain decorations that you can win during the Event, which you can add to the pirate's hideout. When chained to your Pirate's Hideout, they will provide a boost in happiness, as well as generous provision of goods, forge points, or an 8% defensive boost for your attacking armies (depending on what you decide). Therefore, they are certainly something you should consider chaining to the building!
